Fixed times on the Brazil clock. Vancouver no longer changes its clock; in Ontario, from November 1st, classes are 1 hour earlier on the local clock. When are the live classes, and in which time zone?
Group workshops are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday; mini-groups are Thursday and Saturday. The first week of classes starts Wednesday, Sep 2. The full schedule always shows three clocks: Vancouver, Toronto and Brasília. Every class is recorded, so if you miss one you watch it later. Anyone joining with camera or microphone on appears in the recording, which stays available inside the platform only; if you would rather not appear, you can take part through the chat.
How do the mini-groups work?
Groups of 5 students at most, with 2 one-hour sessions a week. A group opens with at least 2 students. If your group does not fill, you switch plans or get a full refund: nobody pays to sit in a room alone.
Are there live classes on holidays?
No. There are no live classes on Canadian public holidays, and they are not made up. Your subscription is access to the platform: the app, the corrections and the class recordings keep working normally, holiday or not. If a class ever has to be cancelled or moved, we tell you inside the platform. The details are in the Terms of Use.

I am a complete beginner in French. Can I use it?
